Control function
Operation control: Receive signals from the operation panel in the car, the call button at the floor station, etc., and control the start, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration and stop of the elevator according to the preset algorithm based on the current position, running direction and call request of each floor, so that the elevator can stop accurately at the target floor.
Door opening and closing control: Control the opening and closing of the car door and the floor door. After the elevator reaches the target floor and stops steadily, send the door opening signal to the door machine control system to drive the door machine motor to open the car door and the corresponding floor door; when preparing to leave the floor, send the door closing signal to make the door machine motor drive the door to close, and monitor the door status during the door closing process to ensure that the door is closed safely.

Electrical connection
Power connection: Introduce the main power supply of the elevator into the control cabinet, and connect the power line to the corresponding power terminal of the mainboard according to the requirements of the mainboard manual. Usually, the elevator mainboard needs to be connected to a three-phase AC power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the voltage level of the power supply (generally 380V or 220V) and the phase sequence should be consistent with the requirements of the mainboard. Use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage to ensure that the voltage is within the operating range allowed by the mainboard. After the connection is completed, tighten the screws to ensure that the wiring is firm to prevent poor contact or heating caused by virtual connection.
Communication line connection: The elevator mainboard needs to communicate with equipment such as the car and floor station to realize various control functions. According to the requirements of the elevator control system, connect the communication cable (such as CAN bus, RS485 bus, etc.) to the communication interface terminal of the mainboard. The connection of the communication cable should follow the relevant wiring specifications and avoid parallel connection with the strong power line to prevent electromagnetic interference. When wiring, pay attention to the polarity and connection sequence of the cable to ensure normal communication.
Sensor and actuator connection: Connect the signal lines of various elevator sensors (such as position sensors, speed sensors, etc.) and actuators (such as motor drivers, door machine controllers, etc.) to the corresponding input and output terminals of the mainboard. When connecting, carefully refer to the mainboard manual and electrical schematics to ensure that the signal lines are connected correctly. For example, the signal line of the position sensor should be connected to the position detection input terminal of the mainboard, and the control signal line of the motor driver should be connected to the motor control output terminal of the mainboard.
