Control function

Electrical connection

Use a multimeter to measure the power supply voltage to ensure that the voltage is within the operating range allowed by the mainboard. After the connection is completed, tighten the screws to ensure that the wiring is firm to prevent poor contact or heating caused by virtual connection.
Communication line connection: The elevator mainboard needs to communicate with equipment such as the car and floor station to realize various control functions. According to the requirements of the elevator control system, connect the communication cable (such as CAN bus, RS485 bus, etc.) to the communication interface terminal of the mainboard. The connection of the communication cable should follow the relevant wiring specifications and avoid parallel connection with the strong power line to prevent electromagnetic interference. When wiring, pay attention to the polarity and connection sequence of the cable to ensure normal communication.
Sensor and actuator connection: Connect the signal lines of various elevator sensors (such as position sensors, speed sensors, etc.) and actuators (such as motor drivers, door machine controllers, etc.) to the corresponding input and output terminals of the mainboard. When connecting, carefully refer to the mainboard manual and electrical schematics to ensure that the signal lines are connected correctly.
