High quality new elevator controller elevator travel limit switch speed limiter switch S3-1375
Installation steps
Prepare tools and materials: prepare tools such as level, wrench, pliers, screwdriver, multimeter, and related accessories such as screws and gaskets.
Determine the installation position: The speed limiter switch is generally installed at the top of the elevator shaft and connected to the upper part of the elevator. It is usually installed with the speed limiter and tensioner. It should be ensured that the installation position can enable the switch to accurately sense the action of the speed limiter or tensioner.
Install the speed limiter seat: According to the installation instructions of the speed limiter, firmly install the speed limiter seat in the determined position. You can use a level to ensure that it is level and avoid tilting.
Install the speed limiter and related components: Install the speed limiter on the speed limiter seat and fix it firmly. Then install the speed limiter chain or wire rope, ensuring that the chain or wire rope has moderate tension and runs smoothly.
Install the speed limiter switch: Install the S3-1375 switch in a suitable position so that it can be triggered normally by the action of the speed limiter or tensioner. It is generally fixed by bolts. Make sure that it is firmly installed and will not loosen due to the vibration of the elevator operation.
Connection line: According to the wiring diagram of the switch, connect the wires of the speed limiter switch to the elevator control system. Usually, a common line is connected to the normally closed point, and connected in series to the circuit or to the PLC interface loop. Pay attention to distinguish the safety switch line, action motor line, reset motor line, etc., ensure the connection is correct, and wrap the joints with insulating tape to prevent short circuit and line number shedding.

Debugging steps
Check the installation: Confirm that the speed limiter switch is firmly installed, the connecting wire is not loose or damaged, and there is no interference with other parts of the elevator. At the same time, check the contact between the speed limiter and the guide rail. The contact should be good, without looseness or excessive wear.
Check the circuit system: Before powering on, use a multimeter to check the on-off condition of the speed limiter switch circuit to ensure that the main circuit, control circuit and signal source are connected correctly without short circuit or open circuit.
No-load debugging: Turn on the elevator power, set the elevator to the maintenance operation mode, and run it without load. Observe whether the speed limiter switch is working properly. You can touch the switch lightly to check whether the elevator control circuit can respond normally and whether the elevator operation circuit can be cut off.
Simulated overspeed test: Use a professional speed limiter test instrument, or manually control the elevator running speed to simulate the elevator overspeed. When the speed reaches the set action speed of the speed limiter switch, check whether the speed limiter switch can act in time, cut off the main power supply, and stop the elevator.
Calibrate the speed limiter switch: If the speed of the speed limiter switch is found to deviate from the set value, it is necessary to calibrate it according to the technical specifications and operation manual of the switch, and adjust relevant parameters, such as spring preload, to ensure that its speed is accurate.
Reset function test: After the speed limiter switch is actuated, manually or automatically reset the speed limiter, check whether the elevator host power supply can be restored, whether the elevator can restart normally, and ensure that the reset function is normal.
Fault protection function test: Simulate some fault conditions, such as elevator derailment, broken rails, etc., to check whether the speed limiter switch can cut off the power supply in time and play a fault protection role.
