Installation steps
Install the door machine bracket
According to the installation position of the door machine motor (usually located on the door frame above the floor door or on the top of the car), use a level to calibrate the horizontality of the bracket to ensure that the bracket is firmly fixed on the load-bearing structure (such as bolt fixing or welding, which must meet the requirements of the elevator steel structure).
Example: The Schindler 5400 door machine bracket may need to be installed in conjunction with the door machine guide rail. It is necessary to confirm in advance that the bracket hole is aligned with the guide rail.
Fix the door machine motor
Place the motor on the bracket, use the matching bolts to pass through the mounting holes, and initially fix it (do not tighten it completely).
Use a level to adjust the horizontal position of the motor to ensure that the rotating shaft is aligned with the door machine transmission mechanism (such as pulleys, gears) to avoid eccentricity causing running noise or wear.
After confirming that the position is correct, tighten the bolts in diagonal order to ensure uniform force.

Common Problem Solutions
Abnormal door opening and closing noise: It may be that the transmission parts are loose, the belt is too loose, or the gear is lacking oil. Check and tighten and lubricate.
Door machine does not work: Check whether the power supply is normal, whether the wiring is off, and the inverter fault code (such as overcurrent, overload).
Abnormal door opening and closing speed: Adjust the inverter parameters (such as V/F curve, PID control parameters) or check whether the encoder feedback signal is stable.
