1. Model Parsing and Possible Product Category

• XPZ1420:
The "XPZ" prefix is commonly used in V-belt (V-belt) specifications. For example, in the European standard (ISO 4184), V-belts are classified into XPZ, XPA, XPB, XPC, etc., where "XPZ" represents the smallest cross-sectional size in the extra-light duty series. The number "1420" likely indicates the effective length of the belt in millimeters (mm), i.e., the effective circumference of the belt is approximately 1420 mm.
• 3VX560:
The "3VX" may correspond to the American standard (RMA/ISO 1082) V-belt series, where "3V" denotes the cross-sectional type (similar to the European XPZ in size but with different naming conventions), and "560" typically represents the nominal length in inches (in). Converting 560 inches to millimeters: 1 inch ≈ 25.4 mm, so 560 × 25.4 ≈ 1422.4 mm, which is close to the 1420 mm in "XPZ1420", suggesting that the two may be equivalent specifications under different standards.

2. Detailed Technical Parameters and Application Scenarios

(1) Technical Parameters

(2) Application Scenarios

• Industrial Machinery: Used in conveyors, fans, pumps, compressors, and other equipment that require belt-driven power transmission.
• Household Appliances: Such as washing machines, air conditioners, or small mechanical devices (though industrial applications are more common).
• Automotive Accessories: Occasionally used in auxiliary systems of vehicles (e.g., generator or air conditioning compressor drives), but automotive belts often have different standards (e.g., "PK" series).

3. Purchase and Replacement Considerations

• Compatibility:
  • Ensure the pulley groove matches the belt cross-section (e.g., an XPZ belt requires an XPZ-compatible pulley).
  • Check the center distance and tensioning mechanism of the drive system to avoid issues like slippage or excessive wear caused by incorrect length.
• Brand and Quality:
Well-known manufacturers include Gates, ContiTech, Mitsuboshi, etc. High-quality belts offer better heat resistance, wear resistance, and service life (typically 1-3 years under normal conditions).
