Precise execution of door opening and closing commands: This controller receives signals from the elevator main controller, such as door opening commands received upon arrival at the target floor or commands from passengers pressing the close button. It then sends precise commands to the elevator door drive motor, controlling the motor's start, stop, and direction, thereby smoothly opening and closing the car and landing doors. Anti-pinch protection for safety: This is one of its core safety functions. Firstly, it can monitor the output torque of the door motor in real time. If the door encounters an obstacle such as a passenger or luggage during closing, the increased motor resistance causes abnormal torque, and the controller will react quickly, immediately stopping the closing and reversing the opening direction. Secondly, it can link with the elevator door's light curtain and safety touch panel. When these devices detect an obstacle, they receive a signal and immediately execute the door opening action to prevent injury to passengers or damage to items.
