It delivers exceptional performance with starting torque of 150% at 0Hz, speed control range of 1:1000, and accuracy of ±0.02%. Full CAN bus implementation enables comprehensive car, hoistway, and group control communication.
Advanced features include PWM dead-time compensation to reduce motor noise and loss, motor parameter self-learning, start-up compensation without load sensors, and no need for encoder phase angle self-tuning with synchronous motors. The system includes comprehensive fault self-diagnosis and multiple protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overheating protection.
Additional features include integrated real-time clock, parallel and group control functions, ensuring efficient operation and maximum safety for elevator applications.
