Leveling position detection: During elevator car operation, the magnetic shielding plate blocks/passes through the slotted optocoupler, outputting a normally open (NO) contact signal to inform the main controller that the elevator car has reached the leveling zone. This triggers the brake, door lock, and door motor actions, achieving millimeter-level leveling accuracy and preventing misalignment between the elevator car and the floor.
Re-leveling and anti-tampering: In conjunction with the elevator's re-leveling function, when slight displacement occurs due to changes in elevator car load, the leveling signal is triggered a second time to ensure precise door positioning; it also participates in the anti-tampering logic, verifying the actual position of the elevator car and preventing accidental door opening.

Signal Safety Isolation: Photoelectric non-contact detection, no mechanical wear, isolates the control circuit from the hoistway signals, resistant to dust, oil, and electromagnetic interference, suitable for high-frequency starting and stopping and complex operating conditions of elevators.
