Control & Monitoring Capabilities
This contactor board precisely manages the timing sequence for all eight contactors, enabling smooth transitions between inverter operational states including power-on pre-charging, normal operation, and braking energy release. The configurable pre-charging time (default 3 seconds) prevents main circuit current surges.
Advanced monitoring functions provide real-time feedback on all contactor statuses (NO/NC contacts) via CAN bus communication. Built-in fault detection systems identify issues such as contactor adhesion, coil open circuit, and overload conditions. Upon fault detection, the board immediately blocks outputs, triggers alarms, and records fault codes (storing the latest 10 fault records) while displaying status through dual-color LED indicators (red/green, 6 states).
