Drive System & Performance
Utilizes an isolated H-bridge drive architecture with dual H-bridge structure through two groups of IR2104 half-bridge drive chips and N-channel MOSFETs. This enables forward/reverse rotation and speed regulation of the door machine motor with adjustable door opening/closing speed (0.1-0.6m/s) and acceleration/deceleration (0.5-1.5m/s²).
Features PWM pulse width modulation at 20kHz frequency, ensuring smooth operation with low noise and improved passenger comfort.
Safety & Control Features
Built-in comprehensive door opening/closing logic control supports multiple door types including single door, double door, center-opening door, and side-opening door. The system includes door position detection, door lock status monitoring, and light curtain/safety edge signal processing for enhanced safety.
Advanced anti-pinch protection automatically reverses door machine direction (during opening) or stops door closing (during closing) when obstacles are detected, preventing passenger injury and complying with elevator safety standards.
Multiple protection circuits including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and stall protection automatically cut off power and trigger alarms when faults occur.
