Two triangle waves with opposite phases are generated by two triangle wave generator circuits. A signal proportional to the voltage level from the first switching circuit for lowering the input voltage or from the second switching circuit for raising the input voltage is compared with the two triangle waves and generates a pulse signal. Use these pulse signals to control the first and second switching circuits.
