Function:

Energy saving effect: Automatically adjust the operating power of the motor according to the actual load of the door machine. When the door is in a light load or no-load state, the inverter reduces the output voltage and frequency, so that the motor runs at a lower power, thereby reducing energy consumption. Compared with the traditional constant speed operation mode, the door machine inverter can effectively save electricity and reduce the cost of use.

Post-installation inspection
Electrical inspection: Before powering on, check again whether all electrical connections are correct and firm, whether the power cord and motor cord are damaged or short-circuited, and whether the grounding is good. Use a multimeter or other tool to measure the power supply voltage and the resistance between the input and output terminals of the inverter to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
Mechanical inspection: Check whether the inverter is installed firmly, whether the mounting bracket or control cabinet is deformed or loose, etc. Check whether the door machine motor is installed correctly, whether the transmission device is flexible, and whether there is any jamming.
