Maintenance recommendations
Regular inspection: Check the oil level in the oil cup every week and replenish it in time if it is insufficient; clean the inside of the oil cup every month to prevent impurities from accumulating and blocking the oil circuit.
Replacement cycle: Lubricating oil is generally replaced every 3-6 months, depending on the frequency of elevator use and the environment; the oil cup should be replaced in time when it is aged or damaged.
Professional operation: The installation and maintenance of the elevator oil cup must be carried out by professionals holding special equipment operation certificates to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Precautions
Sealing and leak prevention
During installation, ensure that the oil cup cover and interface are well sealed. A small amount of sealant (non-corrosive) can be applied to the threads to prevent lubricating oil leakage.
Avoid installing the oil cup too tight or too loose: too tight may damage the oil cup, and too loose may cause oil leakage or fall off.
Safety regulations
During the installation process, the elevator power supply must be cut off and a "No Operation" warning sign must be hung to ensure the safety of personnel.
When working at high altitude (such as installing on the top of the car), a safety belt must be worn and supervised by a dedicated person.
Marking and records
After installation, a label should be pasted near the oil cup, indicating the type of lubricating oil and the replacement date for regular maintenance.
Record the installation of the oil cup in the elevator maintenance record and include it in the scope of daily inspections.
