Power supply confirmation: Elevator buttons usually use safe voltage (such as DC24V), and it is necessary to confirm that the output voltage of the control cabinet is consistent with the rated voltage of the button.
Installation location:
Car button: Installed on the car control panel, the height is generally 1.2~1.5 meters (convenient for passengers of different heights to operate), and the button arrangement must be logical (such as floors from low to high, alarm/intercom buttons fixed in the corners).
Floor button: Installed on the call panel next to the hall door on each floor, the height is about 1.3~1.4 meters, including up/down call buttons (arrow marks need to be distinguished when single button control).
Drawing verification: Check the electrical schematics and installation manuals provided by the elevator manufacturer to confirm the button model and terminal definition (such as COM common terminal, NO normally open contact).

Safety precautions
Electrical safety:
During the installation process, the main power supply of the elevator must be disconnected (a warning sign "Someone is working, do not close the switch" should be hung) to avoid electric shock or malfunction.
The button line must not be laid in the same pipe as the power line (such as the motor line) to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Mechanical safety:
The button must be installed firmly to avoid loosening due to vibration and causing malfunction (such as accidental triggering of the button during operation).
The edge of the car button panel should be smooth and free of burrs to prevent passengers from scratching.
Standard compliance:
It must comply with the "Safety Specifications for Elevator Manufacturing and Installation" (GB 7588) and local special equipment inspection requirements. After installation, it must be accepted by the quality inspection department before it can be put into use.
