KONE Elevator Accessories Power Board Elevator Control Cabinet Power PCB Board Elevator Spare Parts
Functions
Power conversion and distribution: convert and stabilize the input power to provide stable and appropriate voltage for various components of the elevator, such as the car control system, door machine system, safety circuit, etc., to ensure that these components can work normally.
Signal processing and transmission: not only responsible for power supply, but also for processing and transmitting some power-related signals, such as power status indication signal, fault alarm signal, etc., so that the elevator control system can monitor the working status of the power board in real time.
Protection function: It has overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection and short circuit protection. When the power supply is abnormal, it can cut off the power supply in time or take other protective measures to prevent the elevator components from being damaged due to power problems.

Common faults and repairs
Abnormal power output: The voltage output by the power board is unstable, too high or too low, causing abnormal operation of the elevator components. It may be caused by a fault in the voltage stabilization circuit on the power board, capacitor damage, transformer failure, etc. During maintenance, professional tools and instruments, such as a multimeter, oscilloscope, etc., are required to detect the power board, find the faulty components and replace them.
Fault indicator light: There is usually a fault indicator light on the power board. When a fault occurs, the indicator light will light up. The cause of the fault can be preliminarily determined by checking the status of the indicator light and the fault code of the elevator control system. For example, if a certain indicator light is always on or flashing, it may indicate that there is a problem with the corresponding circuit or component, such as overcurrent, overheating, etc., and then targeted repairs can be performed according to the fault prompts.
Communication failure: There is a problem with the communication between the power board and the elevator control system, which may cause the elevator to fail to operate normally or an abnormal alarm may occur. This may be caused by damage to the communication interface, open or short circuit of the communication line, power board software failure, etc. It is necessary to check whether the communication interface and line are normal, and perform software upgrades or reset operations on the power board.
