Original Elevator Control Board Elevator Power Board Accessories Elevator Spare Parts Power Box YE500B334
Functional features
Power conversion: Convert the input AC power into DC power suitable for equipment use, and provide a stable DC power supply for the elevator control system, car lighting, door machine system, etc.
Voltage stability: With voltage stabilization function, it can ensure the stability of the output voltage when the input voltage fluctuates, and ensure that the various components of the elevator are not affected by voltage fluctuations and operate normally.
Overcurrent protection: When there is an overcurrent phenomenon in the circuit, such as a load short circuit or overload, the power box can automatically detect and cut off the power supply to prevent the equipment from being damaged by overcurrent.
Overvoltage protection: If the input voltage is too high, the power box will start the overvoltage protection mechanism to prevent excessive voltage from damaging the electronic components of the elevator.
Undervoltage protection: When the input voltage is too low, the power box will stop output to prevent the elevator from running in an undervoltage state, affecting its performance and safety.
Short circuit protection: Once a short circuit is detected in the output circuit, the power box will quickly cut off the power supply to protect the elevator equipment and personnel safety.

Inspection and maintenance
Appearance inspection: Regularly check the appearance of the power box for signs of damage, deformation, burning, etc., and check whether the connecting wires are loose or damaged.
Voltage measurement: Use a multimeter or other tools to measure the input and output voltages of the power box to ensure that they are within the normal range. Measure the voltage values of each group at the output end, which should generally not be higher than 5% of the normal required voltage and not lower than 10%.
Resistance measurement: Use the resistance range of the multimeter to measure the resistance value of the 220-volt power plug and the output end. The DC resistance must not be lower than 100KΩ, otherwise electric shock may occur.
Functional test: You can check whether the protection function of the power box is working properly by simulating some fault conditions, such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, etc.
