Functions:

Safety protection: In conjunction with other safety devices of the elevator, such as speed limiters, safety clamps, etc., when the elevator has abnormal conditions, such as overspeeding, slipping, etc., the leveling sensor can detect the car position in time, assist the safety device to start, and stop the elevator at the leveling position to avoid accidents

Installation and debugging
Installation location: The sensor probe is generally installed on the top of the elevator car, and the leveling plate is installed near the leveling position of each floor station in the shaft. The two need to be accurately aligned to ensure the accuracy of the induction.
Installation accuracy: During the installation process, the distance and verticality between the sensor and the leveling plate need to be strictly controlled. Generally, the distance is required to be within a certain range, and the verticality error does not exceed the specified value, otherwise it will affect the induction effect and leveling accuracy.
Debugging method: After the installation is completed, debugging work is required. Through the operation interface of the elevator control system or special debugging tools, observe the signal feedback of the sensor, adjust the position and parameters of the sensor, so that the elevator can accurately level and open the door during operation. Multiple running tests are also required during the debugging process to ensure that the leveling sensor works stably and reliably.
