Working principle
Mechanical locking principle: When the elevator door is closed, under the action of the force element, the lock hook will tightly hook the lock stop to form a mechanical lock. According to national standards, the engagement depth of the lock hook must reach more than 7 mm, and the locking state cannot fail when a force of 1000 Newtons is applied in the door opening direction to ensure that the door will not be easily opened.
Electrical verification principle: Only when the engagement depth of the mechanically locked lock hook reaches 7 mm, the electrical safety contact will be connected, and the elevator control system will allow the elevator to start running only after receiving the door lock closing signal. If the door is not completely closed or the locking depth is insufficient, the electrical contact will be disconnected, and the elevator will stop running immediately or fail to start.
