Hot Selling 100% Original WECO Light Curtain Accessories 94 Beam Elevator Light Curtain Elevator Door Photoelectric Tube WECO-917A61-AC220
Installation Precautions:
Disconnecting the Power Supply: Always disconnect the elevator power supply before installation to prevent electric shock, equipment damage, and personnel safety.
Installing the Light Curtain Strips: The distance between the two light curtain strips should be no less than 6mm when the door is closed. The lower portion of the light curtain strips should be 2-10mm from the car door sill. The height difference between the two light curtain strips should not exceed 1mm, and the verticality should not exceed 2mm. If the original car door hole position does not match the new light curtain hole position, re-drill the holes. Pay attention to the correct positioning when drilling.
Securing the Signal Cable: Secure the cable to the car door with as wide an arc as possible to ensure that no part of the cable is pulled during the car door opening and closing process. This will prevent stress on the cable and cause poor contact or damage.
Installing the Power Box: The power box should be as far away from the door motor, door motor inverter, and door motor power cables as possible to prevent electromagnetic interference. Secure the power box to the car roof. If securing is not convenient, place an insulating plate between the power box and the car roof to ensure electrical insulation.

Commissioning Notes:
Pre-power-on Inspection: Confirm that all components are securely connected. Manually open and close the car door several times to check the proper cable routing. Verify that the power supply box and power supply meet the requirements of the light curtain.
Maintenance Test: Power on the elevator while it is in maintenance mode. Block the light curtain beam to see if the power indicator responds normally and verify that the light curtain can detect the blockage.
Operation Test: Run the elevator with the car top moving to observe whether the light curtain components are scratched by hoistway equipment or foreign objects. Finally, verify that blocking the light curtain reopens the elevator door in automatic operation. Also, observe whether the light curtain malfunctions. If any abnormality is detected, check for electromagnetic interference, installation position deviation, or other issues.
