Pre-Installation Preparation
Equipment Inspection: Carefully inspect the door operator motor for any external damage, such as deformed casing or damaged junction box. Verify the specifications on the motor nameplate, including rated voltage and power, to ensure they meet the requirements of the elevator door operator system.
Tool Preparation: Gather necessary installation tools, such as an electric screwdriver, torque wrench, and multimeter, as well as any necessary installation materials, such as bolts, nuts, gaskets, and grounding wires.
Installation Location Verification: Select an appropriate installation location based on the elevator shaft dimensions and door opening location to ensure smooth operation of the door operator motor and prevent interference with other elevator components.

Installation Steps
Bracket Installation: If the door operator motor requires a bracket for installation, first secure the bracket in the designated location. For example, if the door operator car top mounting bracket is secured to the C-slot on the car top with bolts, ensure the bolts are tightened and the bracket is secure.
Motor Installation: Install the 140TAST-01F2H4P door operator motor onto the bracket and secure it with appropriate bolts. When tightening the bolts, tighten them in a diagonal pattern to ensure a stable installation and even force distribution.
Drive Connection: If the door operator motor is connected to the elevator door via a transmission device such as a belt, chain, or gear, the transmission device must be properly installed and adjusted. For example, when installing a chain, ensure the chain is properly taut and meshes well with the sprocket. When installing a belt, ensure the belt tension is moderate.
Electrical Wiring: Connect the power cable to the motor's power terminals according to the door operator motor wiring diagram. Ensure the wiring is correct, secure, and meets electrical safety requirements. At the same time, connect the elevator control system's signal cable to the motor's signal terminal to ensure proper signal transmission.

Adjustment and Calibration: After installation, adjust the door motor's position, ensuring the door motor's guide rail is parallel to the car door sill. Use a plumb bob to ensure the door motor's verticality. If necessary, use a plug to adjust parallelism and verticality, with a deviation of no more than 1mm. Also, align the door motor's center with the car's entry and exit center.
