Installation Steps
Bracket Installation: If the motor requires bracket installation, first secure the bracket to the designated location in the elevator car. Ensure the bracket is securely installed, with a horizontal deviation of no more than 0.1 mm/m.
Motor Positioning: Use appropriate lifting equipment to smoothly lift the TS4507N1228 car door motor onto the bracket, ensuring the motor shaft is aligned with the elevator door drive shaft. For motors connected via a coupling, precisely adjust the motor position to ensure the two halves of the coupling are accurately aligned. The radial deviation should not exceed 0.05 mm, and the axial deviation should not exceed 0.03 mm.
Motor Securing: Secure the motor to the bracket with bolts. Tighten the bolts gradually, diagonally, to ensure a stable and evenly distributed motor installation. The tightening torque should comply with the motor's installation manual.
Electrical Wiring: Connect the motor's power and signal cables correctly according to the motor nameplate and wiring diagram. Ensure the correct phase sequence of the power cables. For single-phase motors, pay attention to the connection positions of the neutral and live wires. After connecting the wires, seal the junction box to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
Driver Connection: If the motor is connected to the elevator door via a drive device such as a belt or chain, ensure the drive device is properly installed and adjusted. For example, when installing the belt, ensure the belt tension is moderate; when installing the chain, ensure the chain tension is appropriate and the chain and sprocket mesh well.
Limit Device Installation: Install the elevator door limit switch, ensuring the switch is correctly positioned so that it can cut off the motor power supply when the elevator door reaches its limit position, preventing the door from opening or closing excessively.
