XAA308NA7AS and XAA308NA8AS are bottomless stainless steel external call panels from Xizi Otis HBP11 series. Their core function is to support the external call buttons and display panel, realize elevator waiting interaction, transmit elevator call commands and provide feedback on elevator status. They are compatible with single elevator/parallel/group control systems. The 304 stainless steel material provides a sturdy mounting base to fix the up/down buttons (such as BR27C) and display panel. The recessed bottomless installation, combined with the call box, is dustproof and moisture-proof, protecting the internal electrical components.

Human-Machine Interaction Core

Command Input: Passengers press a button to request an elevator call; the signal is transmitted via the panel to the main control system (GECB) for registration.

Status Feedback: The display panel shows real-time information such as the elevator's current floor, direction of travel, full load/fault status, etc., improving the waiting experience.

Signal Transmission and System Compatibility: As a communication node between the floor and the main control system, it transmits elevator call signals via CAN bus/RS485, supporting functional expansions such as fire protection and accessibility features (e.g., a fire button can be added to the XAA308NA8AS).

Safety and Functional Adaptability: Adapts to different floor requirements; for example, the XAA308NA7AS (standard dual-button) is used for ordinary floor stations, while the XAA308NA8AS (with a fire button) is optional for fire protection floor stations, ensuring functional compliance and operational safety.
