Safety & Operational Features
Safety Interlock Function: When the elevator is running, the lock hook engages with the landing door sill lock seat to provide mechanical locking. Built-in safety contacts automatically cut off the elevator running circuit if the landing door is not fully closed, preventing operation with open doors and ensuring personnel safety.
Controlled Access & Operation: The lock mechanism is operated using a triangular key to rotate the door lock lever, which drives the lock arm to lift the lock hook for unlocking. When the elevator stops, the car door knife triggers the landing door lock unlocking mechanism, enabling synchronized opening of both landing and car doors for coordinated operation.
