YG-25 G1 is a U-slot magnetic proximity leveling sensor exclusively designed for Mitsubishi passenger elevators, also known as permanent magnet leveling switch. It adopts built-in dry reed tube magnetic induction principle, no power required for sensing trigger. The flame-retardant black plastic housing and galvanized metal bracket feature IP67 dustproof & splashproof performance, strong anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference capacity, stable signal output even in complex hoistway environment. Precise Floor Level Position Detection
When the magnetic leveling vane passes through the U-slot, the internal reed tube switches on and sends position signal to elevator mainboard. It achieves millimeter accurate car floor stop to eliminate tripping risks for passengers.
Door Opening Safety Interlock Control
The control system only permits car and landing door opening after receiving complete leveling signal. It locks door circuit while elevator running to prevent dangerous half-open door operation.
