ZK4236-11Z-M20 is an original snap-action safety limit switch manufactured by Schmersal, equipped with an adjustable angle roller lever actuator and M20 cable entry glandSchmersal. It adopts glass fiber reinforced self-extinguishing thermoplastic housing with IP67 dustproof & waterproof rating, double insulation and silver-plated reliable contacts. It features positive break safety design, stable snap action triggering, oil and solvent resistance, ultra-long mechanical service life up to 20 million operations, compliant with EN IEC 60947-5-1 and EN ISO 13849-1 safety standards, widely used for elevator traction machine, escalator, crane and automation equipment travel limit interlock protection.

Travel Stroke Limit Position Detection
Installed at the upper/lower terminal of elevator, escalator or lifting machinery. When mechanical components reach preset travel position, the roller lever is pressed to switch contact signals to control machine deceleration or stop operation.
Mandatory Safety Interlock Protection
The built-in positive break NC contact cuts off safety circuit once triggered. It prevents equipment overtravel, collision, top landing and bottom squat, acting as the last safety barrier for lifting devices.
Brake & Door Lock Status Monitoring
