PM300CLA120 is Mitsubishi 6-in-1 three-phase intelligent power IPM module with rating of 1200V,300A. It integrates IGBT, gate driver chips, freewheeling diodes and temperature sensing circuit. Built-in protection functions include over-current, short-circuit, under-voltage and over-temperature, isolation voltage 2500VDC. With metal base plate for excellent heat dissipation, it is widely installed in Mitsubishi elevator traction inverter, converting DC power to three-phase AC to drive traction machine, acting as the core power component of elevator control cabinet.

Installation & Maintenance Notes:

  • This module is a commonly used spare part for elevator maintenance
  • Damaged module causes inverter faults, elevator failure to start or sudden stop during operation
  • Fully cut off power and discharge capacitor residual voltage before replacement
  • Tighten mounting screws evenly and apply thermal grease properly to ensure good contact with heat sink
  • Verify model before purchasing replacement
  • Test drive circuit and perform no-load commissioning after installation to prevent secondary burnout
