The elevator sets the date and time for braking torque self-test. When the elevator is in no-load idle state (the server view status is "IDL U00D00 A /"), the elevator enters the Self-BTI detection mode, and the inverter automatically simulates the car 125% and 150% load condition, and detect the brake torque. Only if both conditions are qualified, the elevator can resume normal operation. If insufficient torque is detected, the elevator will be in a locked state and cannot be used normally. The inverter will report "426" BTI NG Lock" fault, the inverter is in Shut down. At this time, switch ERO more than 3 times before the shutdown fault can be cleared. Only ERO or maintenance operation can be performed. The brake needs to be checked. After the manual torque detection is successful, the elevator can return to normal use.
