LG Modern Lift Elevator Drive Board Design, Elevator PCB Module Drive Board, Elevator Control Board DPP-131 AEG02C267
Core Functions
Traction Machine Drive Control: Utilizes a compatible variable frequency power supply to regulate the traction machine's speed and torque, ensuring smooth transitions between elevator starts, acceleration, constant speed, deceleration, and stops, meeting the operational needs between different floors.
Signal Interaction and Command Execution: Receives operational commands from the elevator main control system, such as call signals and floor signals, while simultaneously providing feedback on the operating status of the inverter and motor, ensuring coordinated operation of all components.
Operating Status Monitoring and Protection: Monitors parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature during elevator operation in real time, providing multiple protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, and overheat protection. Promptly shuts down the elevator in case of abnormalities, ensuring safe operation.
Improved Operating Efficiency and Comfort: Through precise variable frequency control, reduces energy consumption during elevator operation, minimizes vibration and noise, and enhances passenger comfort.

Working Principle
Rectification and Filtering: Converts the input three-phase AC power to DC power, and reduces ripple in the DC power through a filtering circuit, providing a stable DC power supply for the subsequent inverter stage.
Inverter: According to the instructions of the main control system, the DC power is inverted into three-phase AC power with adjustable frequency and voltage using power devices such as IGBTs, supplying the traction machine motor.
Control Logic Operation: The microprocessor on the board performs control logic operations such as speed and torque based on the elevator's operating status and instructions, outputting corresponding control signals to adjust the output of the inverter circuit, achieving precise speed regulation.
Feedback and Adjustment: Obtains information such as the traction machine's speed and position through feedback devices such as encoders, compares it with the set values, and adjusts the output in real time to ensure the accuracy and stability of elevator operation.
