The position of the magnet when the car passes a floor differs from the position value stored during self-learning by more than 15 cm.
- When the car passes a floor, the magnet stored during self-learning is not found on the floor.
- When the car approaches the target floor, the magnet stored during self-learning is not found on the floor.
- The car is at the leveling position and the magnet on this floor is not found.
Check the horizontal distance between the magnet and the light curtain. Make sure that the net distance is not too large when the car is at the leveling position.
Check the mechanical slip of the position encoder.
Check whether the encoder is working smoothly.
Check the encoder rope and its tension, as well as the two wheels. The grooves of the wheels should be clean.
Check the power supply of the light curtain.
