Function

Fault and solution
Display panel is not lit
Reason: The wire connection may be loose, rusted, etc., resulting in power supply or signal transmission interruption; it may also be a fault in the power module of the external display panel itself, the screen is damaged, or the circuit board has a short circuit, open circuit and other faults.
Solution: First check whether the wire connection is firm and whether there are signs of damage. If there is a problem, reconnect or replace the wire; if the wire connection is normal, it is necessary to further check the power supply and circuit of the display panel. You can use professional tools to detect whether the output voltage of the power module is normal and replace the damaged parts.
Display confusion or error
Reason: The elevator control system may have a fault, resulting in incorrect data sent to the external display panel; it may also be an abnormality in the software program of the display panel, or electromagnetic interference.
Solution: Check whether the elevator control system has a fault code. If so, perform corresponding repairs according to the code prompts; reset the display panel to see if it can restore normal display; at the same time, check whether there are strong electromagnetic interference sources around, if so, take shielding or distance measures.
The button does not respond when pressed
Reason: The external button may be damaged, or there may be a problem with the connection between the button and the display board; or the control circuit of the display board may be faulty and unable to receive and process the button signal.
Solution: Replace the damaged external button, check whether the connection line between the button and the display board is normal; inspect and repair the control circuit of the display board to ensure that it can receive and process the button signal normally.
