Functional characteristics:

It can convert and isolate the encoder signal and output a signal that can adapt to the controller. It has functions such as level conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, optocoupler isolation, shaping, etc. It also has a frequency division function. It can divide the encoder input signal according to system requirements and output a signal of appropriate frequency to the controller.
Applicable scenarios:

It is suitable for elevator systems driven by asynchronous motors. It is often used in conjunction with Monarch NICE3000 series integrated controllers. It is a standard configuration PG card for asynchronous motors in NICE3000B integrated control cabinets.
Interface connection:

 It is connected to the J12 terminal of the main control board of the NICE3000 series integrated controller through the J1 terminal, and connected to the encoder of the elevator traction machine through the CN1 terminal, thereby forming a speed closed-loop vector system.
Installation method:

It is usually installed in the elevator control cabinet. It can be directly inserted into the corresponding slot of the inverter or integrated controller, or installed in the appropriate position of the control cabinet through a fixed bracket, and then connected to the relevant cables.
Maintenance points:

Check the PG card connection cable regularly to see if it is loose or damaged, and ensure that the connection between the PG card and the encoder and controller is reliable. Keep the control cabinet clean to prevent dust and moisture from entering and affecting the normal operation of the PG card. If the elevator has a speed control failure or other faults, check whether the PG card is working properly and replace or repair it if necessary.
