Mitsubishi Elevator Elevator Motherboard Elevator Accessories COP Communication Board P235720B000G33
Role in the elevator system
Passenger interaction: It is the main interface for passengers to interact with the elevator. Passengers use it to select the floor to reach and understand the operation of the elevator, which improves the convenience and comfort of passengers using the elevator.
Operation monitoring: It provides an important monitoring interface for elevator maintenance personnel. Maintenance personnel can quickly understand the operating status and fault information of the elevator through the indicator lights, display information on the mainboard and the connected debugging equipment, which helps to timely discover and solve elevator faults and ensure the safe operation of the elevator.
System coordination: It works closely with other parts of the elevator to realize the automatic control of the elevator. It accurately conveys the passenger's operating instructions to the control system and receives feedback information from the control system, so that the elevator can run according to the predetermined program, ensuring that the elevator can operate stably and efficiently in different working scenarios.

Working principle
Power supply: The elevator power system provides a stable DC power supply, usually DC24V or other specific voltage values, to ensure the normal operation of the mainboard.
Signal processing: When a passenger presses a floor button, the button signal is transmitted to the microprocessor on the mainboard through the line. The microprocessor decodes and processes the signal, determines the passenger's operating intention, and sends the corresponding instructions to the elevator control system through the communication line. At the same time, the mainboard will also receive various feedback signals from the control system, such as floor position signals, elevator operation status signals, etc., and process these signals and display them on the LCD screen.
Display driver: The display driver circuit on the mainboard controls the brightness and color of each pixel on the LCD screen according to the instructions of the microprocessor, thereby displaying corresponding numbers, letters, graphics and other information.
